We currently deliver exclusively within the European region, encompassing all countries within the continent. We currently offer shipping to the following countries within the European Union and select neighboring regions:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Please note that we do not offer shipping outside of these regions at this time. We are working to expand our delivery network and will update our policy as new countries become available.
3. Shipping Timeframes
We strive to deliver your orders within the following timeframes:

Standard Orders: 3 to 14 business days, depending on your location within Europe.

Subscription Orders: For customers who have subscribed to our regular delivery service, we guarantee that your products will arrive on the scheduled delivery date with a margin of +/- 1 business day.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure that you receive your products in a timely and cost-effective manner.

For our subscription service, we understand the importance of timely deliveries. We guarantee delivery on the scheduled date, with a possible variance of +/- 1 business day.

9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to either request a reshipment or a refund of the product cost (excluding shipping fees).

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
11. International Shipping
As mentioned, we currently ship only within the European region. We do not offer international shipping outside of Europe at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
